Thinks that guys need to add the words PLEASE, SORRY and I'M A DICK to their vocabularies.
Now this is not to say ALL guys, I don't want to make a generalization and lump all guys into one catergory here, but there are some out there, that this statement is directed towards. What I want to know is how self-centered and self-asorbed and just generally rediculous one guy can be.
Seriously, when your own child tells you that your own WIFE is abusing them and not being nice to them when he is not around, maybe it should sink in and make their eyes open up to actually think, hey there is a problem here. But no, that would be to easy, seriously it would be, instead it was, they are blowing everything out of proportion, they are lieing, they are being rediculous.
You know I think this person is being rediculous, and self centered and only taking their own feelings into account, ggawd forbif that their children would have feelings and they got old enough to open their mouths and stand up for themselves, Finally standing up for themselves and it did not fit into the 'plan' he had apparently and therefore they are wrong and of course I stood by my children like any GOOD mother would do and let them make their own decision, I listened to them and let them decide what they wanted to do, and that was not visiting anymore, untill they are comfortable with it.
HOwever I am a bad mother becasue I choose to stand beside my kids and the decision they made, and I was not being a responsible parent because i choose NOT to force my kids to talk to anyone on the phone or otherwise. Has it helped?.. I think in some areas it has, the kids know that I will stand there besidfe them with whatever they need and my oldest son is actually getting medical treatment for a ulcer that was caused by all this mess and prior to this mess when he lived with said Dick.
You can not treat a child the way you do and expect them to keep taking it and not saying anything about ti forever.. it eventually all comes out and ALOT of stuff has come out.. and I am venting and no one ever reads this blog anyway, sooooo I suppose it dosent matter to much..
I think the kids are doing well, they are happy and healthy.. and well adjusted, more than they used to be, they are very happy not being told of the things they are doing that is wrong or what they are wearing is wrong, or that they are lieing about their shoes size.. or that ttheir hair is awesul or eyes being rolled at them constantly, like my second oldest said yesterday and again today.. I like being abe to express myself and not worry about what the other are gonna say about it.
I agree, and what harm does it cause, my kids get good grades, my second oldest has always gotten good grades, my oldest has done better than he ever has this year with some of the stress gone and the doc taking care of his issues, so if they wat to have black hair or orange hair, an earring or nose piercing, then whats the harm?.. thgere are so many more things that they could be doing, but they are not becasue they have room to breath and to express themselves.
I am a bitch, I know this, but you know what if being a bitch means that I will not compromise what I believe in or what I stand for, or that I will forever back up my children and support them any way I can, then I am proud to be a bitch..
